Release notes - Carcare Development - Version 5.23.0

This is the first public release notes in Carcare where you can follow the releases and user stories released in releases.

Version 5.23.0 main change contains of the redesign on all emails sent out from Carcare, the design update is to make the emails more clear and also to enable the possibility to attach the correct information to each email without all information to be present. Along with this a few bugs are squashed and improvements made.
